The story of an Arizona family and their uphill battle with the immigration system. I found and pitched this story, coordinated the interviews with the family, and it was assigned in the morning editorial. It garnered over 240,000 views on the 12News YouTube channel.
Young children of Honduran immigrant forced to navigate immigration system
Follow-up to the first PKG I pitched about a Honduran mom of three who was detained at her immigration hearing and deported separate from her children. For this story, a reporter and I went to the children’s immigration hearing and spoke to the kids and their grandmother beforehand. I also wrote the digital story.
Phoenix police investigating claim of physical discipline by preschool teacher
I found and pitched this story after a Phoenix family accused a daycare of physically abusing their child. I coordinated the interviews with the family, and it was an HFR story for an I-Team reporter. I worked with the reporter to gather all the elements and information from the family, the daycare and Phoenix PD.
FBI: Arizona online lottery scams against seniors up 400%
I pitched this story after the U.S. The Attorney's Office issued a press release about a man who was extradited from Jamaica to the U.S. for online fraud schemes. I coordinated the interviews and worked with the I-Team reporter to put this PKG together. Wrote the digital story alongside the reporter.

Chapman News 2024 Election Night Coverage
I was one of two Executive Producers for Chapman News's special election night coverage for the 2024 general election. We covered local and national races, where I stacked the show, assigned all the content, tracked polls and live results and managed two live crews with candidate interviews.
Lori Vallow Daybell Trial
I helped produce the 12+ streaming coverage for KPNX, cutting SOTs and watching the entire Lori Vallow Daybell trial unfold in Arizona. Vallow Daybell was on trial for murder conspiracy, in addition to her previous murder trials in Idaho. I worked with the lead reporter on this story and the Investigative Executive Producer to help produce trial coverage. The content I worked on was also used for KTVB's coverage in Boise.
